BAGWELL & TROY

After meeting in 2023 and sharing their mutual love of American roots music, Kyle Bagwell and Anna Troy decided to get together to learn some Elmore James and Hank Williams tunes. This quickly led to the discovery of a powerful musical chemistry and passion for songwriting that have already produced two albums and an EP. Their music builds on a broad Americana foundation, with strong blues, country, folk and singer-songwriter influences. Tying the songs together are compelling melodies and moving lyrics that often evoke bygone eras. Anna’s smoky, emotional voice blends perfectly with Kyle’s deep, smooth baritone to bring their songs to life.  

Released in 2024, their album, Out of the Blue, contains 13 original compositions and two covers while spanning a breadth of genres and emotions. Their 2025 EP, Blues EP, features their original single, My Baby Don't Want Me No More. Their 2026 album, On Our Way, is composed of seven new original compositions.
